Everyone here at this dental office are great. They truly care about their patients and you can tell as soon as you walk in the door. I am so happy I found such a wonderful office to get my teeth cleaned.
When I step into the office of Dr. Suzanne Shapero I always feel so relaxed and at ease and I have their excellent staff to thank for that. They all do such a good job at going out of their way to make sure that all patients are satisfied.
I came in town from out of state to help a family member and my filling fell out. I was on a tight budget! These people were amazing they gave me such a reasonable price and they handled me with kid gloves! I highly recommend them!!!
My husband and children really enjoy Dr. Shapero. She is excellent as is all of her staff. They are always so welcoming and really down to earth. She makes sure to explain everything and is very good at what she does.
Office cancelled my treatment secondary to illness of the Doctor. They told me they would call to reschedule. 10 days later, no call back. I called back 3 more times to reschedule, ...again, no response. The third time they stated they didn't know who I was and didn't have a file for me. The receptionist stated she spoke with the Dr. personally and that she will call me immediately to re- schedule......again, no response. Initially they had to send me to Dr. Jude Burke for x-rays b/c their practice didn't have the capabilities/proper equipment to do so. Dr. Burke and his staff was wonderful, and I am a now patient with them. Remarkably my records were found and sent to him from Dr. Shapero's office..
