Such great service! Emma (manager) was SO helpful and sweet! She ended up having to reformat my resume that I was having printed and she did a beautiful job! I was so grateful for the helpfulness and great attitude!!
I had an amazon return i was informed by amazon that i just had to go into the UPS store where they could scan the lable and print it out for me. I go into the store that was empty finally a very rude women asked me what i wanted.. I explained to her that i had an amazon return and showed her my phone to scan it. She said we dont do that here you have to email it to the store email. She gave me the email and walks off she walks back said did you send it yet i said yes she said its not there whats your name i gave it to her she then goes to print it out when i asked if there was anything else she said oh its $2.50 to print the lable i then informed her she should had said something before she then told me i could go someplace else and she would toss the lable normal i would had but i had a newborn with me and could not see driving the 15 mins to the Cicero store so i paid it. I then asked her name she said Michelle you want my boss number? I said yes she said ok its not like anything will happen. So i decided not to call the manager and will be calling corporate i have never dealt with anyone so hateful and rude. I would advise to go anywhere else as i was walking out she started yelling at the lady behind me in line. I feel sorry for you Michelle and shame on you.
Waited for ten minutes no service had to leave because i'd be late for work. Helped three others but ignored me since I had the biggest package to ship. Had to go to the US location on northern Blvd to ship.
this store is awful. the employees are lazy and immediately say your package won't be here until the next business day. ups uses this as an access point for delivery and scan packages when they arrive at the store. I am always told the packages haven't been delivered yet even when they are at this store. countless times I get a phone call apologizing they found my package behind a shelf. ups needs to use a different location.
