When I showed up for my appointment I was immediately greeted by a very personable and professional member of the staff. Within 10 or 15 minutes I had my unit and the free lock, my access code was established, and I began moving my items into my new storage unit. Also, I got the special 50% off of my first full month, which was great. Everything was done on-line, including my receipt, and I was shown how to log into their website to pay monthly bills on-line. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
I would highly reccommend B & C. Great staff to work with and awesome customer service. I was able to get a climate controlled unit and it made my move that much easier.
