I believe this place severely injured my dog to the point that led to her demise. My 5 year old dog was able to walk in injured to be examined and hopefully sutured up. The attendee was not careful with my dog at all he made a full size German Shepherd jump down injured off of the exam table. That was the last time I saw my my dog walking and responding on her own. They gave me a quote of $800 to suture her up an x-ray her. I said okay and after more than an hour the vet came out and said that she had a puncture wound and a broken rib they were going to x-ray her. 2 hours later the vet came out again and said she just spent all that time saving my dog's life because she aspirated. Again my dog walked into this vets office and by the time they were done she was carried out on a stretcher and put in my car. Unfortunately after 42 days and a $2,000 vet bill she succumbed to her injuries. I'll let you decide.

They were extremely professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of timely animal care.

When our puppy bit her lip and got the skin stuck, they were very gentle amd got it free within a minute. The vet snuggled her after and calmed her right down. They are wonderful!

I was faced with a difficult and time sensitive issue with our family dog. Though I had never worked with this group before they got me scheduled late on a Friday night, and helped me work through the tough situation.

Required care for our pet. Received care, went home and needed more care at another facility ( this was closed so we went elsewhere). Discovered pet was completely misdiagnosed here at the tune of $500.

I brought my year old dog to the clinic on a Tuesday night with symptoms of not being himself, keeping his ears close to head, threw up a little twice (it could've been eating cat food, even)... he was diagnosed with a muscle pull, received 3 shots and 2 pills to go home with (ears, eyes, etc. were not checked, only temperature which was normal). Two days later when he was not better, we went to our regular vet, and after having his ears cleaned out (YUK!) he was given drops for an ear infection. The difference was immediate. His ears were never looked at in the clinic, and I felt bad that he went through 2 extra days of not feeling good. And I am sorry that nobody at the clinic ever responded to a letter I sent to them to make them aware of the situation. I will wait for our regular vet in the future.
